As a Physician Hospital Organization (PHO), the Monida Healthcare Network is a regional association of healthcare providers, governed by member physicians and hospitals serving residents of Montana and Idaho.  Monida focuses on creating value for our customers: payers, employers and local residents; and our members: physicians, hospitals, and ancillary healthcare providers.

Formed in 1996, the Monida Healthcare Network is a not-for-profit association consisting today of more than 550 providers, 7 hospitals, and other healthcare providers in Montana and Idaho.
