Shape Up…Monida!
Once again Monida HealthCare Network is challenging your office to take part in this year’s 2010
Big Sky State Games “Shape Up Montana” program!
This is a wonderful opportunity for us to take responsibility and be accountable for our eating habits, physical activity and weight loss with the support of our friends and co-workers!
The contest runs from Feb 1 – May 1 and requires submissions of weight or logged activity (converted into miles) or both once a month by the selected team captain.
Each week, teams will be sent Eat Right Montana recipes and activity tips and bonus mile challenges from the Shape Up Montana Support Team to keep your team motivated. You will also receive Shape Up Montana t-shirt!
In addition to competing against teams from all over Montana for prizes and metals…
Monida is holding our own competition among our members! Monida will reward the top team with prizes at the end of each of the three months to help motivate participants, stimulate activity and for just plain fun!
The registration deadline is January 25th (by February 8th to receive the Shape Up MT t-shirt, however they will accept entries throughout the 3-month program). It is $15 per participant and teams are made up of 4 to 10 members.
