Monida Shared Staffing was created in 2007 by the Monida Healthcare Network, a not-for-profit association of more than 550 physicians, hospitals and other healthcare providers  based out of Missoula, Montana. 

From the start, Monida Shared Staffing has made a committment to western Montana to help keep our medical facilities functioning at a superior level by offering reliable and quality staff. We work closely with western Montana critical access hospitals, asssisted living facilites, nursing homes, and Physician offices.
