As a regional association of healthcare providers, including more than 250 physicians in 30 specialties, Monida is very pleased to be able to offer a
Peer Review program for hospitals. As a not-for-profit association governed by member physicians and hospitals, Monida focuses on providing professional services to our members and clients.
Through our external peer review program and network of peer review physicians, Monida will administer and perform independent, impartial, peer/ case review to assess whether accepted standards of care have been met for hospitals. We will provide retrospective review by a Monida-credentialed, board certified physician or physicians in the same or similar specialty or area of practice as the practitioner being reviewed, on records selected for review by the hospital. We credential all physician reviewers according to NCQA standards.
You may query the network and our specialties on our home page, just click on 'Provider Search'.
The
Monida Healthcare Network is committed to providing external Peer Review Services that contribute value to hospitals quality assurance activities and we have designed a peer review process so the reports you receive elicit greater detail, still keeping costs well below other available services. Signing a contract with Monida does not obligate your hospital to send any charts, and there is no minimum.
Monida is currently providing Peer Review Services for hospitals across the United States, including Alaska, Idaho, Missouri, Washington, and Wyoming, as well as in Montana.
